Managed projects from concept development through construction administration and final punch list. Responsible for producing all drawings from initial tenant feasibility studies through final CD set production. Produced all schedules plans, elevations, details, and concept millwork drawings. Specified FF&E, procured owner-supplied materials, reviewed submittals and managed all client and vendor coordination/ communication.

Pop Physique is a cheeky barre studio with artful interiors that inspire gym goers to throw it all on the gram. Studios are typically around 2,000 square feet and feature two barre classrooms, an open reception locker area, and individual restrooms and changing rooms.
