Worked with lead project architect to manage projects and drawings from initial tenant feasibility studies through final CD set production. Produced all schedules, plans, elevations, and concept millwork drawings. Specified FF&E, reviewed submittals, and managed all vendor coordination/ communication.

Rumble Boxing is a fitness studio inside a dance club inside an art gallery. Hip hop pounds through the speakers, with street art covering the walls of an otherwise gallery-like atmosphere with industrial accents and luxury amenities. Projects typically range from 6,500 SF to 8,000 SF and feature an acoustical sound “box within a box” studio construction, luxury men’s and women’s locker rooms, private training studios, bleacher seating, and office and storage areas in the back of house.
