Lead project designer responsible for concept development, drawing production, permitting, and build-out managment. Developed new scalable interior design standards to promote brand recognition and create a foundation for future restaurant expansion.

Chi’Lantro is an award-winning restaurant and catering company based in Austin, Texas, passionate about creating diverse, Korean BBQ-inspired cuisine.

An old coding computer lab was transformed into a popular fast-casual restaurant featuring a commercial-grade kitchen that provides for local diners and also supports Chi’Lantro’s successful catering business. The vibrant pallet of the ingredients used in their award-winning dishes inspired the colorful interiors.
