Lead project designer responsible for concept development, drawing production, permitting, and construction administration.

Guaranty Bank & Trust wanted their first location in Lakeway, Texas to reflect the style of the surrounding community. After reviewing several concepts, Guaranty selected the “Hill Country Modern“ aesthetic, inspired by the juxtaposition of industrial and luxurious elements seen in the local architecture. Warm wood, blackened steel, living green walls, and exposed base building structures became the foundation of the design.

The 3,100 SF project includes four private offices, an executive suite, a conference room, a drive-through service area, secure rooms, a bank vault, a break room, an open lounge area, and a custom teller station.
