Managed projects from concept development through construction administration and final punch list. Responsible for producing all drawings from initial tenant feasibility studies through final CD set production under the supervision of the lead architect. Produced all schedules plans, elevations, details, and concept millwork drawings. Specified FF&E, procured owner-supplied materials, reviewed submittals, and managed all client and vendor coordination/ communication.
Stretch*d is a recovery studio that focuses on assisted stretching. Trained Stretchers take clients through a customized stretch experience using dynamic body moment methods to gently build flexibility and range of motion. Studios feature individual stretch stations, reception, retail, changing and toilet rooms, and an open flex space to showcase a rotating array of new and innovative recovery equipment in around 2,500 SF.
