Worked with lead project architect to manage projects and drawings from initial tenant feasibility studies through final CD set production. Produced all schedules, plans, elevations, and concept millwork drawings. Specified FF&E, reviewed submittals, and managed all vendor coordination/ communication. Procured owner-supplied lighting, rubber flooring, tiles, and stone slabs.

Ghost is an exclusive, membership-based gym and social club with a transportive, luxury nightclub-inspired atmosphere. The gym features the main reception and smoothie bar on the entry-level, with an open-plan multipurpose gym, boxing ring, sauna, lounge area, unisex restrooms, and men’s and women’s locker rooms on the lower level.
